Development procedure

How do we develop a new project?

The IPS technical team works in synergy with Research and Development, ever at the ready to tackle any new challenges presented by the market, following a detailed process of development for each project.

1ST PHASE

Client request

Through the contact form on the website, via email or telephone, the client simply provides us with information about the project they intend to undertake.

1ST PHASE

2nd PHASE

Confidentiality Agreement

To protect our mutual interests, IPS is willing to enter into a Confidentiality Agreement in order to receive all the information necessary for the optimal development of the project.

3rd PHASE

Study of the Project

The technical team takes great care when it comes to the client’s requests and the data provided, in studying the best project development strategy.

3rd PHASE

4th PHASE

Documentary Analysis

The analysis of technical documents renders it possible to assess the chances of success of the project right from the outset.

5th PHASE

Microencapsulability Check

If the theoretical analysis is positive, IPS requests a sample of the raw material to carry out laboratory tests and obtain confirmation of the microencapsulability of the ingredient in question.

5th PHASE

6th PHASE

Pilot Batch

The next step is the production of a pilot batch that simulates the industrial process and allows all the devices and production procedures to be fine-tuned.

7th PHASE

Analyses

The microcapsules obtained from this processing are analysed and sent to the customer.

7th PHASE

8th PHASE

Client Checks

In turn, the client performs counter analyses and evaluations to ensure approval of the product.

9th PHASE

Industrial Batch

After approval of the pilot batch, IPS is able to produce the first industrial batch and thus validate the production process for the ingredient at hand.

9th PHASE

MICROENCAPSULATION PROJECTS

Our team is at hand to develop any new microencapsulation project with you. Please contact us for more information.
